Wendy is our lead receptionist and is the first to greet you. She also assists in the back office rooming patients as needed. Prior to working with us, she worked with a local fertility specialist. She is a Santa Clara University grad and is currently studying the nature of the mind. She has aspirations of exotic travel.
Roxanne is our Surgery Scheduler and checks out our patients in the front office. Roxanne has two adult sons: her oldest son Ryan is in construction, and her younger son, Joshua, who she very proud to say, is in the Army. She has a beautiful "Ragdoll" cat named Max. She enjoys swimming and reading out by her pool.
Eileen is our front desk all-purpose clerk. She manages all of our paperwork and forms, prepares the charts for the next day, helps answer the phone and keeps us organized. You will hear her voice confirming your appointments. At home, she has her hands full with three young children including a set of twins. She loves to do craft projects and spend time gardening with her family.
Sue, my medical assistant, has worked in OB/GYN for many years. She tries to keep me on schedule and assists with office surgery. I rely on her to convey many of my messages, prepare my laboratory requisitions and obtain authorizations. She loves to sing, play tennis and ski. She is blessed with 4 grandchildren on whom she dotes whenever possible.
Robin is Dr. Indman's back office assistant. She is a very experienced OB/Gyn nurse and is available to assist me if Sue is not available. The mother of two young adult daughters and a new grandson, her hobbies include photography and hiking.
Corinna is our Accounts Manager. She has worked at my previous office and is very familiar with our billing system. Corinna is available to answer all of your questions regarding insurance and billing. Her direct telephone line is (408) 356-9465. Her office wall is plastered with wonderful drawings by her daughter, Kristen. Corinna is quite a fitness buff and often walks the neighborhood during lunch.
